- 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month & 1 week Reminder Checklists to be emailed to couple to keep on track
- Main point of contact for all vendors and calling/emailing all vendors one week before wedding to confirm Wedding Day Itinerary
– What to expect on your Wedding Day –
- On-site styling to ensure all wedding details are captured beautifully
- On-site coordination throughout the day to ensure Wedding Day Itinerary runs smoothly and everything is executed perfectly
- Setup, cues and assistance in orchestrating your ceremony
- Review seating plan prior to reception for accuracy
- Organization & layout of reception details: menu cards, favors, escort cards, table numbers, etc.
- Provide 5 minute reminders for all those who are doing speeches/toasts
- Ensure all Décor & Floral is executed as per the couple’s wishes and as stated on contract
- Keep agenda on schedule working with the Venue Captain as main point of contact for all vendors
- Greet guests as they arrive, direct them if needed & ensure the comfort of all guests
- Planners will carry a fully stocked Emergency Kit
- Planners to distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors if requested by couple
