- 1 Lead Planner, 1 Assistant Planner (at no extra cost) on site for 10 hours
- 1 Planner to attend Ceremony Rehearsal
- Unlimited communication by phone, email or video
- Meeting for creation of Wedding Day Agenda 3 months prior to Wedding
- Meeting 3-4 weeks prior to Wedding to discuss final details
- 3 months, 1 month & 1 week Reminder Checklists to be emailed to couple
- Main point of contact for all vendors and calling/emailing all vendors one week before wedding to confirm Wedding Day Itinerary
– What to expect on your Wedding Day –
- Setup, cues and assistance in orchestrating your ceremony
- Review seating plan prior to Reception for accuracy
- Organization & layout of reception details: menu cards, favors, escort cards, table numbers, etc.
- Provide 5 minute reminders for all those who are doing speeches/toasts
- Ensure all Décor & Floral is executed as per the couple’s wishes and as on contract
- Keep agenda on schedule working with the Venue Captain and liaising with all vendors
- Greet guests as they arrive, direct them if needed & ensure the comfort of all guests
- Assistance throughout the day to ensure Agenda runs smoothly and deal with all issues within our control
- Planners to carry a fully stocked Emergency Kit
